This project was a joint Design and Build package through Southbase and CPB.
Unique to this project:
- Secondary School: This project involved constructing the outdoor area of a brand new secondary school. The school was a merger of two existing schools and was constructed on a new site.
- Custom Furniture: We supplied and installed custom built furniture, created to be multipurpose and moveable for the space.
- Slat Fencing: Gill Landscapes installed Saligna fencing. The use of a long lasting hardwood ensured that this fence will look good and last well for years to come.
- Chainlink Fencing: Gill Landscapes supplied and installed chainlink mesh fencing around the courts.
Challenges
- Time Frames: This was a large-scale commercial project that had strict time frames
- Budget: The commercial nature of this project meant that there was a tight budget that needed to be adhered to.
Successes
This project was completed to a high standard, within budgetary time restrictions. Gill Landscapes was professional, adaptable and productive at all times in order to meet this goal.
